Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Browsing and your first session each month cost nothing. Pro (£5/mo) unlocks unlimited bookings, rebooking, and notes.
Do I need an account to browse mentors?
No - profiles are public. You only need an account to book a session.
What happens if my mentor doesn't show?
You automatically receive a free replacement credit valid for 30 days with any mentor of equal or higher rating.
How are AI matches made?
You share your goals and experience level. Our matching weighs each mentor's specialisms, seniority, and session history to recommend your best fits. You see the reasons for each suggestion and can ignore them entirely.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime from your Billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No questions asked.
